               Flavor of Life is Utada’s 18th single. It was released February 28, 2007 and reached #1 in the oricon charts. It sold 650,510 copies and was the #2 single of 2007. Also, as of July 31, 2007, the Ballad version  was downloaded 7,700,000+ times making it #2 most downloaded song of 2007 on Recochoku.

               If it wasn’t for Utada’s Beautiful World / Kiss And Cry, I wouldn’t know that Utada released Flavor of Life already… haha! I was so late! Anyways, I’ve always liked this song for many reasons but, the number one reason why I liked this song was that it was so infectious. It was so catchy that when I was answering an Algebra quiz in School, I didn’t notice that I was already singing it loudly! Many people looked at me and It was so Embarrassing. Despite that, I still enjoy and Listen to this song until now.

 

               I don’t know why but, I like the Original version of flavor of life better than this Ballad version. I know that the words fit better in the Ballad version But, I can’t help it… I still like the other version better. Maybe it’s because I’m not really a ballad type of person. Still, I do think that many of you guys will like this version better.

 

               The Antidote mix of Flavor of Life was Alright. It wasn’t bad… In fact, I think that the beats they’ve added goes well with Hikki’s voice.
