To tell you guys honestly, I just started to like K recently. I used to ignore all his works and never wanted to try him out even once, but, when the PV for play and pray was released, I finally decided to try him out. I watched the PV and listened carefully to the song. After everything was done, I couldn’t help but think that K’s voice is incredible! He’s amazing and really has a powerful voice, but, during the first listen , I never liked this song a little bit. I thought this song was bland, plain, and wasn’t all that good but, I can say that I am liking it right now. The overall arrangement was like WOW! It opens immediately with pianos, snaps and beats, and K’s excellent ad-libbing. It later enters the first verse where the beats and snaps stop for a while leaving the piano as the only accompaniment. It later reaches the chorus where K greatly sings the high notes, and the sort-of-catchy chorus. A quick interlude comes in, leading us to the second verse where K’s vocals starts to sound more powerful, and the background music starts to sound more livelier than the first. The second chorus comes in, following the bridge, where I was totally blown away by K’s greatness in terms of vocals adding up to the very very very cool guitar solo. Then the chorus comes in again, slowly leading us to the song’s end. In conclusion, There are a lot highlights found in this song, certainly not disappointing the listeners, and absolutely turns the listeners instant K-fans.

The first B-side, Believe in love you, was just okay for me. I think K’s vocals sound good in this song too, just like in the previous track, but, the song sounds a bit boring and typical. I think it’s still worthy for a few listens but, sometimes, It makes you feel bored and want to jump to the next track and skip it.

K continues to wow me more and creates a unique cover of Lovin’ You, a classic Minnie Ripperton song. In my opinion, K really has his own way of covering songs. Just like in this cover, K ables to make the song sound colorful even though the main accompaniment he has is the acoustic guitar. The calm atmosphere this song contains is in no doubt, good, and K’s adlibbing is excellent.
