Probably one of the happiest mihimaru GT songs on the planet, Gazen Yeah! has an attractive melody in it. I don’t know why but, ever since I heard mihima’s Giri Giri HERO, I got interested and started looking for their other releases. I was searching in different sites then one time, I came across this single. I gave it a try and apparently, I liked it a lot! It opens with a guitar that has an amazing summer sound, then, the happy atmosphere enters leading the song to it’s full blast. Anyway, I know some of you guys would be wondering what I liked about this song so, I’ll be happy tell you. I liked this song so much because it made me smile while listening to it… mainly because of it’s fun feeling and it’s catchy melody and lyrics. well, Almost all of mihimaru GT’s songs make me smile and are happy so, I guess that’s the main reason why I like them so much. Overall, It sounds like a usual mihimaru GT song… It’s always happy, up-tempo, fun, and so enjoyable but, to put it in short, I have to say it’s amazing. ;] mihima has done it again!
The first B-side of this single, Vivacation, sounds a lot like Gazen Yeah! but has a more Interesting title XD. It features the same countings, share almost the same tune and uses almost the same instruments. It opens with a sparkling sound leading us to the DJ record scratches mixed with a smooth sound and finally takes us to the verses. It opens in a different way and may sound a lot like Gazen Yeah! but, to be honest, It’s pure B-side material. It is catchy and is good but, It’s just not as appealing and WOW-ing as the title track.
Now this is more like it. No seriously, Together is very good. It’s melody actually sounds better than the past 2 tracks but, hiroko has some obvious vocal errors in the song so, It kind of affects how the song sounded but, really, It’s good. It opens with a beat, containing guitars making a very relaxing and up-tempo sound. After that, hiroko sings a part from the chorus then It is quickly followed by the verses. I won’t say anything more about this song except that it is amazing. Too bad it isn’t the title track for this single. :[
