Mini-Album Review
2NE1 – 2NE1

2NE1 is 2NE1’s 1st mini-album. It was released on July 8, 2009, and reached #1 in the charts. It sold more than 100,000 copies in Korea.

tracklist:
1. Fire
2. I Don’t Care
3. In the Club
4. Let’s Go Party
5. Pretty Boy
6. Stay Together
7. Lollipop (Bonus Track)

The moment I knew 2NE1 was gonna release a physical album, I got hyped up. Literally. I got so excited, and thought of nothing else but getting this album. But then the 8th of July came, which finally got me to listen to the release. To put my opinions into weird, and unreadable strange words, I’d say that this mini-album is AFSUvbsdripvhwdrhv. Yes, AFSUvbsdripvhwdrhv. xD.

Opening the album is their official debut song, Fire. Just to tell you, I think not even a single word could express how friggin’ HOT this song is. It’s just perfect, and it was soo nice to see something fierce, and different.

Which really gives me ideas of why 2NE1 is such a praised group today. THEY ARE UNIQUE. Not any girl group could bring something up like this, and I believe no girl group could beat how effin’ amazing the girls perform this.

Although, One negative fact about this album is their, um, WEIRD MOOD SWINGS. After the hot Fire, I Don’t Care comes into the picture and gives me an instant “WTF” expression.

Basically, this song is a bit lighter so, why even bother putting it next here? But actually, I Don’t Care isn’t a bad song. It actually was a good track , that’s why it did not make me care so much about the swings. I was actually glad that they used this as the main promo track because they at least, showed a softer side to the audience, and they dropped the fiercer image they had on them. I’d also have to say that they all fit in perfectly with the arrangement because of the perfect quality their voices have. Nonetheless, a great track. Oh, and I hear a VOCODER-LESS DARA! I’m impressed!

Probably the very first song from this album that became a favorite of mines is In The Club. Just by looking at the title, you’ll expect something that’ll be so up-beat, but actually, it’s not. In The Club is the slowest song, and actually is the only ballad in this album. The moment I first heard it, I was so amazed by the girls’ outstanding voices! Not to mention Dara.

As I have been saying a lot recently, Dara has been improving a lot. Seriously. She used to make my ear bleed when I first heard her sing on solo, but now, she has complete control over her voice, and she can reach those high notes without sounding like a total wreck. It was also nice to hear MinJi without the vocoder effect. It made her sound more real, and less robotic. But overall, I really like the blend of the group’s voices because they harmonize perfectly. It fits in with the slow, down-tempoed arrangement.

My least favorite song from the album is Let’s Go Party. I was quite disappointed because I was expecting it to go a loot faster than it already is. It turned out to be boring at parts, but the song is tolerable. It’s just unimpressive when it is placed beside the other songs from this album.

After the one I least liked in this album, comes my ultimate favorite! After the complete let-down Let’s Go Party was, comes Pretty Boy, a song that we may have heard before.

What? Heard Before? Yes. We have heard Pretty Boy before because it was used for the introduction of 2NE1’s debut stage. You know, with the elevator thingy.

But anyways, I actually didn’t expect that such an intro would turn out into such an amazing song like this. I mean, I liked it, but it was such a big surprise to hear it completely. This song probably is the naughtiest song next to Fire because of the attitude they show through their singing. I do wish they give Bom more parts though.

Stay Together ends (?) the album on such an unexpected way. Or at least for me. I’d expect the album to end, you know, with something 2NE1 is best known-for, and I did not have this coming. I guess that’s why they saved this for last because of the “Stay Together” message or something.

But either way, I really like it. The arrangement at first would sound slow, but when everything progresses, it gets a lot faster, which was really interesting. The girls’ vocals really flow perfectly with everything, which leaves me wanting more.

But no, Lollipop does not satisfy it.

I love Lollipop. I really do. But I think it’s unnecessary to put the song in this release because of 3 reasons:

  1. The song sounds like Big Bang feat. 2NE1.
  2. Does not fit well.
  3. It’s better off as a digital single.

Despite those, I do think it’s a catchy song. It just doesn’t fit here. Maybe next time.

So overall, this release was AMAZING. With the exception of two flaws, everything was well-produced, and it gave me an outstanding listen! This mini-album will prove to you how different some girl groups are, and they will slap your face.

Digital Single Review
2NE1 – Fire

Fire is 2NE1’s debut solo single. It was released on March 27, 2009, and has sold a total of 200,000 downloads online.

tracklist:
1. Fire

Despite the fact that this review is really really late, I have to tell you, Fire still is one of my favorite songs as of this moment.

After hearing Lollipop, I actually didn’t know what 2NE1 would bring out next. I sorta knew that they would have a much cooler style compared to the ones they had with Big Bang, but that was all. I then heard the previews lurking around their official site, and I was quite surprised, because not only were the girls cool, They were HOT. And I don’t just mean that because of the song’s title. xD.

It was also obvious that the group has gotten a lot better as time flew. Well, except for CL because I don’t think there’s anything she can improve. She’s like, PERFECT the way she is. Same with Minzy. She’s quite the bomb, especially when you think of her age. >.> Then there’s Bom, who is already great, but still has some flaws. Especially during lives. And lastly, Dara, who needs to improve a lot. I’m not surprised to know that she has the least number of parts at some songs because well, she’s not that much of a mind-blower yet.

Speaking of Dara’s parts, I seriously am in love with them. She may have the least number, but she always has the catchiest. When she sings the “you got the fire” verse, and the “chalang chalang..” part near the end, I’ll have to say that she never fails to make me want to join her sing too.

But anyways, it’s not always the girls that makes things great. Well maybe they are, but there’s the composition.

The compo, mostly made-up of synths and futuristic elements, is twisted with some reggae-like beat to create a unique combination. The arrangement flows perfectly with the group’s voice, especially when all of the girls’ vocals blend in.

Mini-Album Review
SHINee – ROMEO

ROMEO is SHINee’s 2nd mini-album. It was released on May 25, 2009, and reached #1 on the Hanteo weekly and daily charts, and #3 on the monthly charts. It has so far sold a total of 25,217 copies in Korea. The track, “Juliette” was the song used to promote this mini-album.

tracklist:
1. Talk To You
2. Juliette
3. Hit Me
4. Señorita
5. Please, Don’t Go
6. Romeo+Juliette

When we hear people say the group name “SHINee”, they probably will remember songs like “Nunan Nomu Yeppu“, or “Stand By Me“, since those songs are probably what made the group as popular as hell. But to be honest, I’m getting kinda tired of listening to their old, catchy pop songs. I’m starting to crave for something, you know, different. That’s why I got so excited for their comeback, because the group once said in the interview that they were coming back with a new, cool, and more mature sound and look.

The “mature” part was definitely visible on the opening track, Talk To You. It is very new to what the group used to do, since their previous releases were all about the upbeat tracks and such. But one thing I’ve noticed that is quite different with the guys is that their voices evidently got so much better because they sound more smooth, and in-control, especially when they’re singing the English lines like “Not gonna hurt you”, or “Talk To My Body”. There were solos that could’ve been better, like Minho’s rap, but for the most part, I am liking this song, especially the new style and sound in their music.

As the promo track for this release, I had very high expectations to what Juliette would sound like. Would it be as catchy as Replay, or as cool-sounding as Love like Oxygen. Sadly, It isn’t even like one of the 2 songs. Straight up to the point, Juliette was a total disappointment. Why?

  1. It was a friggin’ cover of the Corbin Bleu song, Deal With It, which I was not a big fan of, to start with.
  2. It sounds a lot repetitive, and I don’t like that.
  3. The quality wasn’t good enough to be called a single, in my opinion.

So as I have said, I dislike this song. I think it sounds quite catchy, but it still isn’t enough for me to love it as much as their other singles. this song might grow on me, but the chances of me liking it is 25-75. With 75 on the side of me not liking it.

My favorite track off this release is Hit Me, another R&B-oriented song that takes almost the same direction Talk To You takes, except this one is slower. Many people think this song is just Boring, and it makes them drool to sleep, but to me, It’s an awesome song.

I know for a fact that I’m being biased, since I love songs like these best. But actually, even if I’m not into songs that go the same road as this one, I’d still like this it because everything is pitched in nicely, and it definitely makes the guys’ strong vocals sound even greater than it already is.

During my first 5 listens to Senorita, I gotta say I hated it. Mainly because the intro where they speak spanish made me go “WTF?!?!!”, and the repetitive spanish guitars make things sound like nothing could happen on the arrangement. But I gotta tell you, I was quite wrong. This song is a lot better than what I had first thought it was, and I believe that it would sound a lot better if Minho’s rap, and the spanish-speaking SHINee intro was thrown to the trashcan. Don’t even bother asking me why.

Now I know where the previews for this album went — They were backing tracks for Please, Don’t Go.

Wow is all I had to say after hearing this track. At first, it sounds so calm with only the piano as the background, but as the song reached the first chorus, things were getting a lot exciting. The arrangement was so damn beautiful, and the strings+piano+guitar combination was freakin’ epic. What’s even better is that the guys sing this song rather amazingly. Their vocals were more than just voices singing a certain melody. That is how good their singing was in this song. Now I have a new favorite SHINee ballad. ^^

You can’t, you can’t, don’t leave like this
Please just one more time, one more time, hold me in your arms again
The next time I close my eyes to meet you,Hold me as I stay still in that spot

The final track is yet another mid-tempo song. Although it’s not the best track in the whole release, Romeo+Juliette gets the job done closing this album to an end.

There isn’t anything that’s bad about this song, but I probably prefer the group singing this song without the autotune on their voices because, well, they sound all better with their natural voices. Other than that, everything sounded really good. Especially the group’s combined vocals. ^^

Although ROMEO wasn’t as consistent as the group’s 1st MA, I gotta say that I like this one better, because I liked the way it had more than just upbeat tracks on this release. Despite the fact that I was disappointed by one song, This one felt like a real album more than their first mini-album because of how bonded things sound together. The mid-paced songs, and touching ballads in this mini-album were nice for a change, and it was nice that we get to see more of the slow side of the group. Because of the great songs here, another A+ for SHINee!

Digital Single Review
Wheesung – Insomnia

Insomnia is Wheesung’s 2nd digital single, and was released on February 19, 2009.

tracklist:
1. Insomnia
2. Insomnia (inst.)

Being such a big fan of Wheesung, I was so happy to know that he was covering my favorite Craig David song, Insomnia. The moment I first heard Wheesung’s version, I really liked his version. I liked it a lot, that I like it more than the original english version. In fact, If you compare both versions, this one is far better because it had more things going on. Like how full Wheesung’s voice sounded, and let’s say the beginning. The part where Wheesung sings “oooh.. you know, that I love you” wasn’t in the english version, nor the heavier beat present in the arrangement. My point is, this one had more thrill. Both songs are really alike, but this one was quite catchier because of how exciting the fast lines during the verses sounded. It also was more catchy that it makes you want to join Wheesung in singing them too. But despite the fact that this one stood out more to me, I still love the original version because if it wasn’t for that track, Wheesung would not have been asked by Craig David to cover a song, and he would never have created this catchy masterpiece!

Mini-Album Review
DAViCHi – DAViCHi in Wonderland

DAViCHi in Wonderland is DAViCHi’s 1st mini-album. It was released on February 27, 2009, and had the highest postion of #3 in the charts. It sold more than 13,661 copies in Korea.

tracklist:
1. 8282 (Hurry Hurry)
2. I Made an Accident
3. My Man
4. Is Love Funny
5. Orgel
6. Crazy Woman

8282 (Hurry Hurry), the lead track, opens the mini-album at a cool, gentle way with a soft piano sound, mixed in with some strings. The violin stops, which leaves the piano alone to accompany Min Kyung in the first verse. Hae Ri then sings the verse before the chorus, which isn’t different from the previous verse because Hae Ri’s part is still piano-oriented. The ever powerful chorus then comes in, turning the tempo up, making the song sound a lot livelier. Even though some parts may sound dull with only the piano at the background, You won’t really mind that because both of the girls’ voices will struck you with it’s beauty. That’s how great these girls sing. The chorus part was the main highlight of the song because of the catchiness present especially on those “Give me a call, baby baby” lines. In all, great song, and a good choice for a promotional track.

Track 2, I Made an Accident, is the song they were performing 8282 with during promo shows. Though this song doesn’t compare to 8282, it still gives a pleasurable listen. The arrangement contains the usual DAViCHi piano-string combination, with the addition of stronger beats. The song sounds more orchestra-oriented than other songs but, it is really beautiful.

If I was to be asked what the best song on this release is, I’d say My Man, without thinking. I didn’t hear a song this up-beat from DAViCHi since Love and War, which got me loving this one to it’s very core. I am dead serious. The song is full of energy, which helps the song sound so unique. Well, I guess the main reason it’s unique is because it is not a ballad. DAViCHi seldom releases an up-tempoed song, which I’m sure is a reason why the song itself deserves so much love. I’d also choose this as the mini-album’s lead track because it’s far better, and more friendly to the audience. What helped the song sound so cool the most is the hopping beat it has because it matches the playful synth that plays all over the song, and the duo’s beautiful voices. The part of this song that struck me the most would have to be the the chorus because it is DAMN CATCHY. I never got tired of the chorus because It sounds so awesome, especially the “oh yeah yeah yeah” part. In all, an awesome track, and probably the best DAViCHi song ever.

Is Love Funny comes next, which is quite similar to I Made an Accident, in terms of arrangement. Out of all the ballads here in this release, this one has got to be the most powerful because you can feel the emotion the girls’ voices carries. Although the first part of the song may sound boring, the song gets better as the longer it gets.

Orgel carries that spooky feel, which draws you closer to it because of how unique it sounds. The song also has that heavy beat, which is really good because it matches well with the orchestra-oriented sound it has. Despite the song not being all that powerful, It is the most outstanding out of all 4 ballads here.

Crazy woman is a collabo between Hae Ri of DAViCHi, Kim Yeon Ji of SeeYa, and Lee Jung Min. I don’t really see anything special in the song, except for the outstanding vocal performances the 3 girls’ showed but, the song overall, sounds so beautiful. Just like any other ballad here in this release, It’s bautiful, and cleanly polished. It was worth listening to.

Digital Single Review
2NE1 and Big Bang – Lollipop

000qz6gwLollipop is 2NE1’s pre-debut song, and it is a collaboration with Big Bang. It was released on March 27, 2009.

tracklist:
01. Lollipop

After months of waiting, the said to be “the Female Big Bang” group , 2NE1 debuts with Lollipop, a collaboration with R&B group, Big Bang!
The song starts off with a sugary voice singing a poppy “lollipop” line but later stops, and turns to a more aggressive tune that carries a heavy beat, and some dance synth. With the given title, I was expecting more of a sugary pop song  because of how poppy the title sounds but, when I listened to it, it was completely different from what I thought it would sound. Well, of course it is because I can’t imagine Big Bang singing poppy songs like what I imagined. Instead of the sugarland song I was expecting, I got a less-poppy, hypnotic, and catchy song that got stuck inside my head, the first time I heard it. I liked how different this song sounds because I didn’t think that Big Bang could give this a Big Bang touch, even though it remained a bit colorful at times. I was quite surprised too because it’s the first time I ever heard TOP singing at a song. I knew him as the rapper of Big Bang, so it’s quite good to see his different side through his singing. It was also a great idea that each member of both groups were given solo parts because I got to hear more of them, especially 2NE1, sice this is considered as their debut. Definitely give this song a try! It’s really really cool!

Nobody -5in1 LIVE REMIX@2008 GOLDEN DISK AWARDS-

February 14, 2009 at 4:20 pm | In Wonder Girls | Leave a Comment

Having this wonder girls obsession phase is FUN! XD
(Okay, whatever that means..)

Nobody -5in1 LIVE REMIX- was Performed by the Wonder Girls on the 2008 Golden Disk Award. It was aired on December 10, 2008.

So, Yeah. I’m into Wonder Girls lately, and is sooo in love with Nobody, their latest release. The main reason for me being so addicted to Nobody now is this live version. I mean, oh come on! It’s a 5-in-1 remix live performance. You get to see different styles of remixes, and you get to choose which is the best out of the 5. It’s like my dream performance come true! Since I;m so happy about this performance, I made a special post about it. Here’s my review if you want to know what&who’s my favorite  style&performer but, If you don’t want to know about it then, SCRAM!

moving on shall we?..

open

We kick things off at a jazzy direction with the Jazz Live Band remix, sunye01performed by the one and only SunYe. I have to say, when I first heard this remix, made my mind blew up because the blending of the jazzy instruments and the song was perfect! You won’t even know that it’s in live since SunYe sings perfectly and believe me, She’s not lip-synching. She simply adds some adlib parts that make it sound even more real! While the song was the best, the dance was a bit of a let down. Not that I’m saying she dances bad but, in the part where she sways her hand from front to back, I was turned off a bit. I don’t think that swaying your hands from front to back is necessary since it sort-of don’t fit the style of the remix. Either way, the performance was good but, it could’ve been better without the said dance step.

The next remix is performed by Sun Mi. The remix, simply named as the POP sunmi01remix, uses beats that I’m sure I’ve heard before.. I’m not sure where I’ve heard them though. Anyway, I think the remix is good. How they transformed the song into a different taste of pop is great, and the way Sun Mi sings is rather awesome and realistic. I have hatred for the next part though.. THE DANCE! Dammit woman! Can’t you dance, you know, not that stiff-ly? You look like a robot, dancing freak that just looks plain weird. Loose the way you dance, and you’re good to go! Seriously. I’m not being mean or anything but, I just have to complain. Besides, The dance doesn’t seem to be all that great with the song. Awesome REMIX, BAD Choreography.

sohee031The main loss of the previous part was fully made-out by the club remix by the  cutest So Hee. Despite So Hee being not my favorite member anymore, I have to say that she still has that cute talent of hers. Especially when it comes to dancing. She, in my opinion, is the best out of the 5 when it comes to dancing, simply becuse she can move her body freely, smoothly, and softly. I’m also impressed by how the staff transformed the original Nobody to this one since I wasn’t expecting a techno-club version in front of me. Oh, and I also have a thing to say about the filtered voice of So Hee.. IT Fxxxing rocks!! She should work with Nakata or something!! Anyway, a nicely done performance, in my opinion.

yeeun01We slow things down with the RnB mix of Nobody by the one and only Ye Eun. Before anything else, I’d like to tell you that I’m going to be frank with this performance now. I thought it was a bland performance because of three reasons..

01. it’s a damn slow song..
02. there was only one dance included in it
03. the only dance looked like a strip tease with a wierd hand stretching step.

But to tell you guys honestly, the blandness it had sort-of suited the rnb style. The song was all smooth, and laid-back, while the dance was all sexy (which would have been sexier if she didn’t do the weird stretching thing). I am quite disappointed since the performance only had one preformer because I do think that even a slow song could use a few more dancers. just imagine, 3 more girls dancing off to that RnB jam. It would look so much cooler than this one. But anyway, it’s still a good performance but, it’s absolutely one of the weaker ones.

yubin02Closing the individual segment is the Rap Mix by, obviously, YooBin. So, The performance opens with the “stop baby” phrase, which I think was an annoying thing, then it is followed by the furiously fast rap. I quite like how YooBin raps in this part because she can completely say the words in control, and without having too many tongue twists. I can follow the rap but, at not that insane speed. It’s my 3rd favorite part for the night so, Yay for YooBin! XD.

After the 5 solo perf.’s, we get to see the girls together as agroup singing my wg01favorite song.. XD.

My most favorite part of the night’s performance would defintely be this grop performance. I loved how they entered the stage through the elevator-thingamajig. It just wows me whenever I see them pop out of nowhere and just see them starting to dance. Oh, and talking about the dance, it was  oh my GOD!! brilliant!! All of them were moving graciously, and in sync, and everything was just perfect.

The singing was the same. Nothing changed really but, it was da bomb!! I definitely enjoyed every single bit of it, and I’m sure everyone did.

So, overall, I definitely enjoyed this perf. Even though some parts may be boring, I never am unhappy with what I am seeing. I just see them as something they should improve. Anyway, A 2 thumbs up!! :)

THE FIRST MINI ALBUM

Mini-Album Review
SHINee – THE FIRST MINI ALBUM

THE FIRST MINI ALBUM Nunan Nomu Yeppu (Replay) is SHINee’s first mini-album, and is their debut release under SM entertainment. It was released on May 23, 2008 and has so far sold a total of 17,957 copies. The title track was used to promote this release.

tracklist:
1. Nunan Nomu Yeppu (Replay)
2. In My Room
3. Real
4. Love Should Go On
5. Nunan Nomu Yeppu (Replay-Boom Track)

The mini-album opens with Nunan Nomu Yeppu (Replay), a very catchy track. Actually, this group was first reccommended to me by Ethan @ Radiant Dawn. Based on my tastes, He thinks that I might like them and then he said that I should give them a try. Well, I did. I gave them a try by watching the Music Video for this song over at YouTube, and all I had to say was… “Ethan! LOOK AT WHAT YOU’VE DONE!!!” So, after watching, I got addicted to this song, downloaded the mini-album, and became my favorite song for 3 weeks! As some of you know, I ordered their mini-album last summer… do you guys want to know the reason why?… It’s because the songs were really good, especially Nunan Nomu Yeppu. I mean, I could just put the songs on my mp3 player instead but, I feel that these guys needed support especially because they’re just new in the music industry, also, as a reward to their talent. Anyway, The reason why I like this song, is because of the free feeling it has. It’s basically a fast-paced sorta love song but, the amazing thing about it is that the song remained catchy and free despite it’s lyrics that’s about approaching a girl. Sometimes it may sound corny but, once you get used to it, the corny lines become the best thing about the song.

The next song, In My Room, Is the only ballad from the album. Despite it being the only slow song on the mini-album, it’s one of the best ballads I have ever heard. You can feel the emotion that the boys are trying to express and you can really get into liking it after just one listen, like what happened to me. To tell you guys honestly, I’m not a big fan of ballads but, with this song, I forgot all about hating them. Actually, In My Room is my 2nd favorite song from this release because it really has that strong acoustic feel to it, twisted with an RnB vibe that goes well with the boys’ voices. Another good thing about it is that it’s pretty catchy despite it being a slow-paced song. In conclusion, In My Room is a well-done track that shows more of SHINee’s talent.

The next two tracks are different but are the same in one factor.

First, Real, the third track, is definitely a great song too. It ’s up-tempo and contains an energetic piano sound, with strings, synth and beats that forms a groovy feel to it that makes you just want to join the group in singing and to just stand up and dance with them.

The next track, Love Should Go On, as I have said is similar to Real in terms of sound. It sounds like Real, only slower, and with different lyrics. It uses the same instruments as track three but it’s surely another great offering from the group. A wierd thing about it is that from 01:23-01:26, It reminded me of the bass guitar on the song, “Maria Maria”, by the famous band, Santana. Anyway, It’s definitely a great track too and is reccommended, just like the other tracks in this release.

The Replay-Boom Track version of Nunan Nomu Yeppu was a great addition to the mini-album. The release ends with this track so, It’s just right that it’s an uptempo song to end it on a happy note. Anyway, this version features more synth, urban-ized elements, and a great arrangement, just like the original version. It’s a great mix but, I prefer the original version more than this because it has a mocr “alive” feeling. Neverthless, It’s a great closing track and is definitely a two thumbs up.

So Hot

Single Review
Wonder Girls – So Hot

So Hot is the third release of the Wonder Girls. It was released on June 3, 2008 and reached #3 in the charts. It sold a total of 31,840 copies.

tracklist:
01. So Hot
02. This Time
03. You’re Out
04. Tell Me (Rap Ver.)

So Hot is a fresh RnB song that has a good rhythm and very girly lyrics. Some examples of those girly lyrics that I’m talking about are “I’m so hot, I’m so Pretty”, “I’m so fine, I have such charm” and “everybody’s watching me ‘cos I’m hot hot”. Doesn’t it sound like they’re talking so much about their hotness?? Well, I do have to agree with them… They ARE hot :] Anyway, let’s talk about the song… The song has a great combination of strong beats and accompaniments. The song was really great to say the least. The only bad thing about it is that it was so short. I mean, come on! 3 minutes and 1 second? I wouldn’t mind if it was like 10 minutes long because of it’s awesomeness.

The next track, This Time, is a slow song that has an RnB feel in it. The blending of the girls’ voices in this song sounded good. I don’t really understand what the girls are saying but, from what I heard, I can tell that it’s a sad love song because of the great emotion the girls are carrying with their voices. As any other WG ballad, this song was beautiful. I really enjoyed it.

You’re Out sounded like something from their “Wonder Years” album. It doesn’t really fit the theme of the single but it is quite good. It has a pop-ish melody that is surrounded by buzzing synth and pop/rnb elements. Other than that, I just think it’s an above average song. That’s all.

I used to hate the rap mix of Tell Me, since what I originally heard was the album version. But anyway, I think this version is a lot better. The rap gave the song a new look, and it’s really really catchy. I’m glad they have finally decided to release this version.
